a decent stay
central location tram station modern facilities rude staff broken refrigerator unsecured storage
the location was central. a tram station was near the place. the room had modern facilities. the breakfast had plenty of choice, it was also good.
the grandmother staff at reception was rude. the refrigerator didnt work. luggage storage was not closed after checkout. i think it needs attention for security.

spacious room supportive bed friendly staff
the rooms were super spacious and super clean. the beds had great support, i slept so well. the staff was friendly and ready to help with any questions. it was a wonderful experience, i am excited to come back!
the selection of tv channels was somewhat limited.

the location was great, near transport and quiet. the breakfast had standard quality. the staff provided good advice about local restaurants. i appreciated a calm atmosphere with no street noise (perfect for rest).
the hotel lacks good insulation.

convenient stay near central station
central location tram stop restaurant selection nearby museum
the location was great, a short walk to the central station. i found a tram stop just around the corner (very handy!). many restaurants were located on the same block as the tram, offering lots of choice. the natural history museum was nearby too.
the luggage storage area was not secured after i checked out, which raised a slight security concern.

a satisfactory stay with some drawbacks
impersonal breakfast area excessive room rate
I found the breakfast area quite impersonal. it lacked any real character. the room rate felt excessive considering the limited amenities. i also noted the absence of air conditioning in the room. Only a loud fan was provided.
